Ticket to Roam charges a one-time, non-refundable planning fee, which starts at $350 for single destination trips.

Depending on the type of trip you are planning, the fee may increase from here.

For example, a multi-week and multi-city trip to Europe starts at $550.

We will chat about this during the consultation call so you know exactly what your trip planning fee will be.

Planning fees for groups, weddings, retreats, etc., that are 6+ people start at $650 but are determined on a case-by-case basis and discussed during the free consultation.

Planning a trip that is scheduled to depart within the next 60 days incurs an additional $200 planning fee.

While I love playing the points/miles game, I can not assist with booking award travel. You’re welcome to use your travel rewards to book your flights or hotels and then share your booking confirmations with me to include in your full itinerary.

As a travel advisor, I do not work directly with Airbnb and am unable to book their properties. However, I work with many partners that offer home and villa rentals that are professionally managed and offer great amenities, plus the comfortable home experience travelers are looking for. 

Unfortunately, many properties hosted by individual homeowners (like Airbnb) can not guarantee the quality and professionalism that I expect for my travelers. 

I always respect my client’s budget and focus on getting you the best value possible. I love saving money for my clients where I can and have access to partnership rates, package pricing, and more. In addition to this, my specialty is adding value to your travels! For example, many of our partners offer additional perks and upgrades for my clients. Think: a room upgrade worth $500+ and free daily breakfast that adds up to a value of $30+ each day. Sounds pretty nice, right?

However, planning a “cheap” or discount vacation is not my specialty. If your number one priority is getting a cheaper deal than what you’re seeing on discount hotel websites then, respectfully, we may not be the best fit to work together.

It absolutely could! There’s no way around it, Covid-19 has changed the way we travel. It’s extremely important to consider all risks when traveling during a global pandemic. Traveling safely is very possible and industry partners have taken massive steps to prioritize traveler safety.

During the proposal process, I will provide information regarding destination entry requirements and testing protocols. Plus, I always recommend purchasing travel insurance! 

Travel has been unpredictable throughout the pandemic but I will always make sure my clients are aware of how Covid-19 could impact their travels.
